Who is eligible to be a Lemonaid member?

We’re committed to continuously enhancing our offerings to ensure our members receive valuable, specialized support in their professional journeys.

What types of events does Lemonaid host?

Access to events varies by membership level.

  • Professional Members have access to exclusive network events, monthly peer-to-peer meet and greets, and enhanced member portal features.
  • Executive Members enjoy additional benefits, including exclusive executive webinars, VIP free access to paid events*, and invitations to our annual summit*.

How do I register for events or webinars?

Please visit the Events page on our website to view upcoming events. Simply click the event link and follow the instructions to register.

Please note: Participants who are not Lemonaid members will only have access to public events and the opening section of the programming. Full access, including the opportunity to interact closely with the panel or speaker to address direct questions, is reserved exclusively for Lemonaid members.

We encourage you to explore membership to enjoy the full range of benefits offered during our events!

Are recordings of web-based programming events available?

Yes, recordings of web-based programming events are available for members. These recorded events are made available and searchable in our gated member portal* We highly recommend attending programs live whenever possible, as this provides you with the opportunity to ask specific questions directly to the panelists and engage in real-time interaction with other members.

Monthly member community sessions are not recorded. To uphold our value of respecting confidentiality, certain sessions involving sensitive discussions will not be recorded or shared, as trust and privacy are paramount to fostering an open environment where members feel comfortable sharing their experiences.

What types of networking opportunities are available?

There are several networking opportunities available for Lemonaid members to foster connections and build relationships. For example, you can join our monthly Meet & Greet and Speed Networking sessions, designed to help you engage with other executives in a structured, efficient way. You’re also encouraged to reach out to those you meet through our web programming events to further build your network. If there's a specific member you'd like to connect with, we’re happy to facilitate introductions. Additionally, linking your profile to the Lemonaid LinkedIn page provides another avenue for connecting with other members.

Members may also search detailed profiles directly through the Lemonaid Member Portal*, offering a convenient way to explore potential connections and grow your professional network.

Administration & Billing:

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. If you are unable to pay via credit card, please contact our accounting office at Bill@lemonaidglobal.com to arrange for another form of payment.

How do I obtain an invoice or receipt for my membership fees?

Upon payment of your membership, you will automatically receive a payment record at the email address provided at sign-up. In the event you are unable to locate payment documentation, please contact accounting at Bill@lemonaidglobal.com for a copy.
